Civet Café Ltd produces and supplies Philippine-sourced Civet Coffee from wild-roaming civet cats. Faeces collectors make the trek to the cats’ natural habitat in the primary forest and gather the droppings piece by piece, bunch by bunch. Allowing the civet cat to roam wild and free, this company supports, and is guided by, the ethos of authentic Civet Coffee certification bodies. Presently carrying Fair Trade certification, we aim to contribute to and assist in the creation and implementation of more widely recognized international certifications of Civet Coffee sources in the Philippines.
