Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your coffee beans arrive and don’t fit your order we will replace them within one week of purchase date. The volatile nature of coffee makes it imperative that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered please email us and return your items to us. Please return them in their original condition.

Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and shoot us an e-mail at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 7 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we are unable to exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue credit to civetcafe.com
